Guoco Midtown 1 will have underground link Midtown 2 together
Guocoland’s Midtown Modern – Guoco Midtown 2 at Tan Quee Lan Street has Tiong Seng as main contractor for. The mentioned project located next to Bugis MRT, has land size of 124,116 sq ft. According to Master Plan 2019, It’s ratio and land use allowed to build 30 storey residential development of approximately 500 units with commercial space at first floor. Therefore Residents will be able to enjoy the shopping & amenity of Midtown I. Midtown Modern Site procession expected be started Mar 2020.

Tiong Seng, a Developer & Construction Group announced that he secured contractor for the project at Tan Quee Lan Street. The Contract at Midtown Modern luxury private residential is worth S$227.5 m. MTG Apartments and MTG Retail, joint venture of Guocoland & Hong Leong subsidiaries has signed & awarded the construction works to Tiong Seng. The scopes of work includes 2 buildings of 30-Storey with 500 apartments, together with the commercial component on the first floor. This project complies retails, public plaza, carpark & underground link, residential communal space, landscape & facilities. Work will comment Marh 2020.
Link between Guoco Midtown II & I (Midtown Modern to Midtown Bay)
Guocoland mentioned that the underground link way to connect the 2 Guocaland Midtowns together. One is Midtown 1 on Beach Road together with luxury Midtown Bay apartment & another one is Midtown 2 with luxury Midtown Modern apartments. In However, Midtown Modern will have commercial space only on first storey where Midtown Bay will have it in multi floors.
